Day 4

Day Four I went to a Park run at seven o’clock. It was 5km and it took me 25min to complete. The Park run was very fun and my first ever 5km race. After the race we went back to the unit for breakfast.   Then we went to the Triathlon mixed relay which was so tense. Australia won England second and New Zealand third. We had Nicole Van de Kaye, Ryan Sissons, Andrea Hewitt and Tayler Reid. After we went to the sky tower which is one of the tallest building in the world and was 77 stores high and had a great view over the Gold Coast. Day 8
